Lauren is the owner and founder of The Local Lather Hair Studio. She has been in the beauty industry since 2011, and opened The Local Lather in October of 2020.

 

She specializes in color, specifically natural lower maintenance color. Lauren loves to be creatively passionate, while making people feel their best and feeling confident in themselves. Connecting with people on a deeper emotional level, and building relationships of trust and respect is her favorite part of her guest experience. Lauren believes communication and honesty is key! There are always new techniques to learn, and styles/colors are constantly evolving, and you can count on Lauren to be on top of her game!

​Quality time with Lauren, while in her chair, is what she strives for. She never wants an appointment to feel rushed, but also doesn't want it to feel like you’ve been sitting in her chair hours upon hours! You can count on having a relaxing, but fun time at your appointment. She will be your biggest "hype" woman, and help you leave feeling confident in your trending style.

 

Lauren and her husband have one daughter, and are enjoying all the fun moments of parenthood! So when Lauren isn't behind the chair, you'll most likely find her enjoying time with her husband and daughter! When she gets her "me-time", she's most definitely binge watching some new  show, or re-watching "New Girl", "Schitts Creek", or "Workin' Moms" for the billionth time again! (So maybe bring her some new shows to watch!)
